How many times have you run in to the “Know-It-All” personality?

It seems the future of “getting-ahead” is for people to pretend they know more than they really do.  It is simple for these sudo-know-it-alls because, they pick up a book or read an article and all of the sudden**%$%$# they are experts and can give advice to others.
